Indian archers made a strong start to their campaign in the Asia Cup Stage 2 World Ranking Tournament in Tashkent yesterday, reaching the finals of all four team events in the recurve and compound sections.
Mrinal Chauhan, Tushar Shelke, and Jayanta Talukdar of India defeated Uzbekistan’s Chen Yao Yuy, Mirjalol Karorov, and Amirkhan Sadikov in the semifinal. On Friday, the men’s recurve team will compete for gold against their Chinese opponents.
