The 6 th Pure Earth Environment Conference, 2023 A Bi-Annual national conference to address and inspire an essential dialogue around Environment & Traditional knowledge Systems The 6 th Pure Earth Environment Conference, 2023 was successfully conducted in both physical and online modes on 28 & 29 April 2023 at JNAFAU campus Hyderabad.

Spl Secretary to Govt of Telangana Sri. T.Vijay Kumar, Former DG of police and Pure Earth Foundation President Sri M.V.Krishna Rao , Vice Chancellor, JNAFAU Dr.Kavita Daryani Rao, Prinicipal, SPA, Dr. Ch. Srinivas and Vice President of Pure Earth Foundation Dr. K. Jayachandra have addressed the online and physical participants on Environment and Traditional Knowledge systems.

22 Research papers on day-1 and 32 Research papers on day-2 from students representing various educational institutions were presented in the conference. Total 15 papers were awarded as best first (three), second (four) and third (eight) prizes.

Venkat Reddy from NIT, Suratkal, Prof.S. Jayanthu from NIT, Rourkela, Sri B N Mani, Project Engineer, NIRD, Dr. Syeda Azeem Unnisa, from OU, Sri. A Baskar, Jt. Director SS&LR, Dr.Ravindra RM and Faculty members from JNAFAU – Dr. S. Kumar, Dr. Seetha Mahalakshmi, Dr.Shivangi Narayen, Smt. Divya Patil, Smt. P S S Nagalakshmi, Smt. Prasanna Rani, Dr. B RamaKrishnaiah were involved as Chair persons of Technical & Valedictory Sessions.

The paper presentation with excellent content by the students was appreciated by the jury and the online participants by their vote. The complete video of the online conference is available in digital format and will be shared if required.

A well composed with ISBN indexed Proceedings Book with the content of all the full length papers was also released during the conference. Altogether the 6 th Pure Earth Environment Conference was conducted with outstanding research content and wonderful deliberations on Environment & Traditional Knowledge systems related studies, proposals, issues and solutions. The organizing committee of Pure Earth Foundation has announced the next Conference to be held in the month of November 2023.
