Hyderabad-GITAM: Workshop held on ‘Research Proposal’
‘A research proposal is a detailed description of a proposed study, designed to investigate a given problem. It describes the project, explains its importance, and outlines the processes that will be undertaken in order to complete it. A grant proposal is a document that is prepared for requesting or applying for funding for your research’ the resource persons opined.
GITAM School of Business, Hyderabad has organized a workshop on ‘Designing a Research Proposal’ at GITAM, Hyderabad campus on 1st May 2023. They told that the research proposal should have a sound structure and a clear writing style. Presentations were made on how to write a successful research proposal, budgeting, and analysis of sponsored project proposals. The program is successful with the research proposals presented by the research scholars in various functional areas- Marketing, Finance, HR etc.
Earlier, Prof. A.Vijay Kumar, Director, GSBH inaugurated the workshop and it was organized by the convenor and research cell in-charge Prof. P.Pinakapani, co-convenor Dr. I.Roopalatha, and Dr. GNPV Babu. The program is attended by 15 research scholars and ten PG students.
