In other matches, Aakarshi Kashyap lost to Indonesia’s Komang Ayu Cahya Dewi while Japan’s Akane Yamaguchi defeated Malvika Bansod.
In the men’s section, Kidambi Srikanth has entered the second round. In the first round, he defeated Adnan Ibrahim 21 – 13, 21 – 8.
